Ben visits the aquarium!

Today Benjamin visited the Denver Downtown Aquarium with Mommy and Uncle Mathew.

First Ben ate lunch in the aquarium restaurant. While eating Benjamin got a fabulous view of a 150,000 gallon tank full of all sorts of fish and sharks.

Then Ben went through the aquarium. He practiced trying to catch fish and seemed disappointed that there was an invisible wall between them and him. When he finally seen an open tank full of bright tropical fish Ben made a valiant effort to dive in the water and get a fish for himself, unfortunately Uncle Matt only allowed him to just touch the top of the water.
Ben didn't try to catch all the fish though, he was in awe of the large sharks and the giant grouper, they were just too big to try and catch. Notice the large eel examining Ben, you can see it lurking in the background of the first photo.

Finally Benjamin arrived at the interactive stingray touch tank and was splashed by a stingray!
